Terms

These terms apply when you add VoiceNote to a Discord server or use its dashboard. VoiceNote is run by [Company name], [address], [country]. Contact: [support email].

Recording is your responsibility

Whoever starts a recording must make sure everyone in the call knows and agrees, as the law where they are requires. VoiceNote helps by announcing every recording in the channel, but it cannot know who is listening.

Plans and payment

• Plans are per Discord server. Free includes 3 hours of recording a month; Team and Pro are paid subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by Whop. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded for partial periods.
• “Unlimited” on Pro is subject to fair use (around 120 hours a month); we will contact you before limiting anything.

Acceptable use

Don’t use VoiceNote to record people without their knowledge, to break Discord’s terms, or to process content that is illegal. We may suspend servers that do.

The service

Summaries and tasks are written by AI and can be wrong; check what matters. We work to keep VoiceNote available but don’t guarantee it is uninterrupted. VoiceNote is not affiliated with Discord or Anthropic.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what the server paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll announce material changes in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply.
